1. Pilot Registration & Early Access Refunds
You may request a 100% full refund of any pilot deposit at any time prior to account activation or within 14 calendar days of receiving pilot access.
2. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
